The Keyring Store Delivery Policy:
Packages are generally despatched within 1-2 working days^ after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail (the UK postal service). Standard deliveries should be received within 4-5 working days (UK only).
EU orders are sent via Royal Mail and usually received within 4-6 days (allow up to 14 days). All other international orders are sent airmail and usually received within 5-7 days but please allow up to 16 days as delivery time will vary depending on your location and frequency of your local postal service. (price of international delivery will vary depending on the weight and quantity ordered)
The delivery charge is not fully updated in your cart until your reach the "delivery" stage in the ordering process. Some higher value orders are sent recorded delivery (no extra charge) which require a signature on delivery. On occasion we may decide to use a different delivery service than Royal Mail. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order for the best value shipping price and reduced waste of packaging. We are unable to group two or more distinct orders placed separately; shipping fees will apply to each of them separately. Most orders are sent in padded envelopes for smaller items or boxes for larger items which protect your purchase. The smaller items such as keyrings usually fit through UK letterboxes (this depends on dimensions of item(s) being sent). The delivery prices listed above only apply to orders placed through the website itself. Special or bulk orders shipping fees are priced depending on the size of your order and destination for all countries including UK.
How to return a faulty item -faulty on receipt:
You have 28 days to return a faulty item for replacement or 14 days for refund.
Please first contact once you receive the item and explain the problem you’re experiencing. We can arrange with you for it to be returned within 28 days of receipt but please contact us before this to arrange return. If after we contact you, it appears you still need to return/exchange the item, we will provide you with a RMA (returns number) and advise you (depending on your location and item value) how to return the item. Where items receive manufacturers guarantee (only where stated and only for customers in the UK), please contact us (not the manufacturer) of that item and we will arrange for you to return the item to us. We will issue a replacement item or a credit note at our discretion (dependent on the nature of the fault and stock levels) although you may choose to have a credit note in place of a replacement item. Manufacturer guarantees do not apply to customers whose address is outside the UK. Note a money-back guarantee applies for the first 14 days after you receive an item (same as an unwanted order). The subsequent 14 days we will issue a replacement or credit note, dependent on stock availability.
Proof of postage in the form of a (free) certificate of postage, recorded delivery or courier tracking are required when returning items in the unlikely event the package is lost in transit.
How to return an unwanted order (UK, EU, USA, Canada, Australia & NZ only):
You have 14 days to return an unwanted item for refund.
You have 14 days in which to return the item. If you decide you no longer would like the item(s) in your order, please first contact us and request a RMA (returns number). We will advise where to send your return. Please enclose your original invoice (or a photocopy) with your RMA number clearly written on it. Please return the goods in the same condition in which you received them (intact condition –where items are blister packaged these should not have been opened). If you have ordered multiple items which are the same, we will accept one item opened for your inspection but will not accept an order returned if all (identical) items have been opened for inspection. Goods are returned at your cost and we recommend they are sent by recorded delivery as proof of postage. Once we receive the item(s) in good condition we will refund the cost of the item(s). We can issue a credit note instead (at your discretion).
Please note, if you change your mind about a product and decide to return it, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product (and any additional insurance costs required to ensure safe return). Proof of postage in the form of a (free) certificate of postage, recorded delivery or courier tracking are required when returning items in the unlikely event the package is lost in transit.

Special and bulk orders (outside this online store) are excluded from our delivery policy and listed charges. Free delivery does not apply to special or bulk orders.
