The Keyring Store Delivery Policy:
Packages are generally despatched within 1-2 working days^ after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail (the UK postal service). Standard deliveries should be received within 3-5 working days (UK only).
EU orders are sent via Royal Mail and usually received within 4-6 days (allow up to 14 days). All other international orders are sent airmail and usually received within 5-7 days but please allow up to 16 days as delivery time will vary depending on your location and frequency of your local postal service. (price of international delivery will vary depending on the weight and quantity ordered).
The delivery charge is not fully updated in your cart until your reach the "delivery" stage in the ordering process. Some higher value orders are sent recorded delivery (no extra charge) which require a signature on delivery. On occasion we may decide to use a different delivery service than Royal Mail. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order for the best value shipping price and reduced waste of packaging. We are unable to group two or more distinct orders placed separately; shipping fees will apply to each of them separately. Most orders are sent in padded envelopes for smaller items or boxes for larger items which protect your purchase. The smaller items such as keyrings usually fit through UK letterboxes (this depends on dimensions of item(s) being sent). The delivery prices listed above only apply to orders placed through the website itself. Special or bulk orders shipping fees are priced depending on the size of your order and destination for all countries including UK.
How to return an unwanted or faulty order (UK, EU, USA, Canada, Australia & NZ only):
You have 28 days to return an item for refund.
You have 28 days in which to return an item you have purchased. If you decide you no longer would like the item(s) in your order, please first contact us. We will advise how to send your return. We request you to please return the goods in the condition in which you received them (intact condition). If you have ordered multiple items that are the same, please contact us before opening more if you're unhappy in any way. On receipt of the goods we will refund your original payment in full.
We will return your original shipping payment (when we originally shipped to you) but only our standard rate of shipping. If you chose to upgrade to a faster shipping method, we will partially refund you up to the standard rate of shipping.
Please note, if you change your mind about a product and decide to return it, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product (and any additional insurance costs you choose to use to ensure safe return). Proof of postage in the form of a (free) certificate of postage (or other form of recorded delivery) is recommended.
^ =Working days & hours are Mon-Fri 10am-6pm excluding UK public holidays. No orders are processed between 23 Dec - 5 Jan (Christmas Holiday varies) or when a notice is occasionally posted to advise of possible shipping delays due to unforseen circumstances (this information would appear before finalising your order and might be for unknown reasons, for example due to mail strikes or adverse weather conditions, for example).
Orders sold on a business-to-business basis may be excluded from these terms.
