• If an item in the store is not available to purchase, we may cancel your order after it has been placed or offer an alternative.  If your order is cancelled, you will not be charged (unless you were charged automatically). If you were charged automatically, you will be provided with a full refund as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.
• If you would like to return goods because you've changed your mind or are faulty on receipt, contact us as soon as possible after receipt.  You may then return goods within 28 days of receipt of your order from the UK and any other EU country (also includes USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand) -see the delivery page for more information.  These items should be returned in the condition in which you received them, however please contact us before returning.

• Please note, if you change your mind about a product and decide to return it, you, the customer, will be responsible for the cost of returning the product (and any additional insurance costs required to ensure safe return).

• When returning goods, proof of postage in the form of a (free) certificate of postage, recorded delivery or courier tracking are required when returning items in the unlikely event the package is lost in transit.

  If you decide you no longer would like a product and decide to return it, please contact us.  You will be responsible for return costs.  We will return your original shipping payment (from when we originally shipped to you) but only our standard rate of shipping.  If you chose to upgrade to a faster shipping method, we will partially refund you up to the standard rate of shipping.

• If goods develop a fault shortly after receipt, you may return them within 28 days (see delivery section for more information) for exchange, refund or credit note.  Please contact us before return.  In the case where goods are found to be faulty, please return by the cheapest method possible (2nd class) via a post office.

• In purchasing products that interface with a computer or other equipment, you agree The Keyring Store are not responsible for any issues with equipment used with products sold in this store. This excludes faults with products sold in this store, within timeframes specified. This does not affect your statutory rights.

• In purchasing products used for detection of alcohol, you accept these products are novelty-only and must not be used as an accurate measure of alcohol.  You accept that The Keyring Store are not in any way responsible for any consequences of your alcohol use.

• Products on this website are NOT TOYS unless stated otherwise.  This applies to all of the products available through this website.  Products are NOT FOR CHILDREN AGE 14 YEARS OR YOUNGER unless stated otherwise on the product detail page or the product.
• Some products that do not carry a safety warning should be assumed are not toys and/or not for use in play by children and therefore are not for children under 14 years of age.

• We consider your order accepted by us after your order status has changed to "preparation in progress" or "shipping" and after we have charged you and  (you will receive an email at the address provided to us).  Until this time, either you or The Keyring Store may cancel an order.  However, if you are automatically charged when your order is placed, we do not consider an order accepted until we amend order status to "preparation in progress" or "shipping".  During this time, either you or we may cancel an order.  If either you or we cancel an order in this period, we will provide a full refund (if applicable -i.e. if payment has been taken), usually within 24 hours.

  You, the customer, are responsible for your online account, use of a secure password and ensuring your sole use and confidentiality of your login details.  In your continued use of this website, you agree to accept responsibility for consequences that occur in use of your account and login details, whether by yourself or any third party.
  
  You agree responsibility for the accuracy of all information provided.  The Keyring Store will provide a delivery service on completed orders to the name and address supplied and confirmed in the ordering process.  We accept the address information supplied by customers as final.  The Keyring Store are not responsible for re-delivery to an alternative address if incomplete or incorrect address information is later found to have been provided.
  
  The Keyring Store reserve the right to refuse service, cease customer accounts, or remove content.  We will also cancel a customer account on request, assuming an order is not currently in progress.

When placing a special order terms and conditions may vary.  A special order, where an item has been especially customised or produced to order, is not available for a 28 day refund.
