Whenever we collect information from you (i.e. if you update your personal details or send us a message via this site), we use 256 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.  Look for https://in the address bar or a padlock icon (location varies on browser).  When you enter your payment details (Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal), you temporarily visit the respective website and are covered by the security measures and security policy of the respective payment processor.

We accept Visa, American Express & Mastercard credit and debit cards.
We also accept PayPal and Skrill.

We do not collect, see or store your payment details

You can make payments with peace of mind with your payment card or PayPal. We only collect the information necessary to fulfill your order, such as name and address. 

Your payments are protected by the policies of PayPal or Skrill depending whether you choose to pay by PayPal or card.

We always aim to offer the best customer service. If you are unhappy with a purchase for any reason, please contact us before PayPal or your credit card company as we'll always try and assist you.  We aim to respond to any email within 24 hours (Mon-Fri only).

Payment by bank transfer (BACS) or cheque (UK only)

For orders over £100 we accept payment by bank transfer or cheque by prior agreement.  However, when payment is via these means, please allow approximately 7-10 extra days for despatch of your order.
